How long does my order take to ship?

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–6 business days and is free for orders over $100; otherwise, a $9.95 fee applies. Express shipping delivers within 1–3 business days and is available for a flat rate of $14.95.

We currently ship orders every Monday and Thursday.

Where do we ship? 

While we’re working on expanding our shipping options, we currently only ship within Australia. We appreciate your patience and hope to reach more book lovers around the world soon!

We want you to love your book box! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:

Change of Mind
Due to the personalised nature of our boxes, we unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to take our quiz before ordering to help us tailor your box to your preferences!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your box arrives with damaged items or something is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement or provide a store credit where appropriate.

To process a return or replacement, contacts us with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) in question

Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

• The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
